§ 10-13-103. FINANCING THE FUND.

(a)

Source. The Fund shall be financed from:

(1)

Any and all fees collected under the provisions of Article 33, Title 4 of the Code;

(2)

Stormwater remediation fees collected under Article 34, Title 4 of the Code; and

(3)

Any other funds designated and provided by the county.

(b)

Treatment. Monies provided to the fund shall be treated as a grant to the Fund.

(c)

Administration. The Fund shall be charged for the reasonable expenses of administering the provisions of this title.
