§ 10-10-107. FEES.

(a)

In general. Subject to Article 3, Title 1, Subtitle 2 of the Code, the County Administrative Officer may charge fees for the application for and approval of financial assistance under this title.

(b)

Disposition of fees - County funded assistance. Proceeds from fees charged for financial assistance from county funds shall be deposited in the fund and expended in accordance with this title.

(c)

Same - State and federal funded assistance. Proceeds from fees charged for financial assistance from federal or state grant monies shall be deposited in the fund and expended in accordance with the terms of the federal or state grants.
